A quality restaurant at Lac de la Liez

Our chef invites you to savour creative mouth-watering dishes in a delightful atmosphere. Weather permitting, you can even dine on the terrace whilst admiring the sumptuous views over the surrounding rolling countryside. The menu also proposes a selection of more standard dishes, such as chicken & chips and pizza.

Always prepared to make your stay at Lac de la Liez even more succulent, the site’s chef invites you to sample a new menu of surprises and mouth watering delights during the summer period 2008. The high culinary point of this menu is the Tournedos Rossini with Croutons creation – a tender beef fillet and a slice of foie gras topped by a fine Madera sauce and, above all, the savoury truffles of the Langres region. The restaurant is open every evening from 15 May to 15 September; closed Tuesdays from April to mid May and from mid September to the campsite’s closing date.

Our chef received a prize during a professionnal cooking contest

The chef of our restaurant finished 2nd at the cooking contest organised during the professionnal fair, SITEO, in october 2009.
